Type of Presentation / Sunum Türleri

 

ORAL PRESENTATION / SÖZLÜ SUNUM

Sessions for oral presentations will be scheduled with a number of papers (4-5) that will permit to dedicate around 15 minutes to the oral presentation of your work. Oral presentations are to be made either using your laptop or the PC that will be available in the session room. Please come to the session room 10 minutes before the session start to upload your presentation to the PC or to set up your laptop connection and, you will be kindly required to accept the indications of the session chairman concerning time limitations. Usually, some time for 2 or 3 questions will be allowed at the end of each presentation.

 

Sözlü sunumların  (4-5 sunum) birlikte yer aldığı oturumlarda her bir sunum için 15 dakika zaman verilecektir. Sözlü sunumlarınızı ya kişisel dizüstü bilgisayarınızla ya da oturumların gerçekleşeceği salonlarda yer alacak  dizüstü/PC'ler ile gerçekleştirebilirsiniz.  Lütfen oturumun yapılacağı salona oturum başlamadan 10 dakika önce gelerek sunumunuzu bilgisayara yükleyiniz veya dizüstü bilgisayarınızı sunum için ayarlayınız ve oturum başkanının zaman sınırlaması konusundaki uyarılarını dikkate almanızı rica ediyoruz. Genellikle her oturum sonunda 2 veya 3 soru soruluk bir soru/cevap kısmı yer alacaktır.

 

VIRTUAL PRESENTATION / SANAL SUNUM

The CUDES 2017 organization encourages an active participation in the conference, authors who are unable to attend the conference in person due to funding issues concerning travel expenses may participate with a with an alternative approach for participation, namely, Virtual Presentation. Those who would like to make their presentations online from their home countries will also be awarded with a certificate and their papers will be considered for publications similar to other participants as if they were present physically. They will receive their Participation of Certificate after CUDES 2017 congress by post.  Following, some information about virtual presentations is clarified:

 

1. Acceptance of submission for virtual presentations is based on the same criteria as attending participants.
2. Authors who would like to make virtual presentations must select and fill the virtual presentation in the Abstract Submission Form and Registration Form.
3. Virtual presentations will be accompanied by a discounted registration fee (See Registration Fees).
4. The number of virtual presentations is limited.

CUDES 2017 seyahat, konaklama vb masraflar için yeterli mali kaynak bulamadığı veya çalışma koşulları gereği  kongrede bulunamayacak olan katılımcıların sözlü sunma alternatif olarak Sanal Sunum adıyla kongreye katılmasını  teşvik etmektedir. Sunumlarını sanal olarak (Skype üzerinden ya da önceden hazırlanmış video sunumu ile) bulundukları yerden sunmak isteyen katılımcılar da En İyi Tebliğ ödülüne başvurabilecekleri gibi yayınlanma konusunda fiziksel olarak da kongreye katılan diğer katılımcılar ile aynı haklara sahiptir. Katılım Belgeleri CUDES 2017 kongresi tamamlandıktan sonra kendilerine posta ile gönderilecektir.  Sanal sunumlara ilişkin aşağıdaki açıklamaları dikkate alınız:

 

 

1. Sanal sunulmlara başvuranların başvuru süreci fiziksel olarak katılımcılar ile aynıdır.
2. Sanal sunum yapacak olanların özet gönderim ve kayıt formunda gerekli alanları doldurmaları gerekmektedir.
3. Sanal sunumlar için indirimli kayıt ücreti için ücretler sayfasına bakınız.
4. Sanal sunum sayısı sınırlıdır.
